Yes, you can accept anger and be at peace with the process, but eventually anger will have to fully dissolve to reach the ultimate nirvana. To reach a deep, peace- filled life, is to leave this physical world as you see it in your mind.
It takes a revolutionary force from your core to uproot the cemented identities that have been slowly programmed into you. To heal this deep program is not to fight those that your ego claims have hurt you.
Here’s why.. they are also programmed and hurt. They took a past projected trauma and suppressed it deeply into their subconscious. They were never taught how to feel emotions to release them. But, nobody was taught this. So, we as a collective have merely been passing the pain ball along. This is where the anger was created from. Anger is not a natural, human love process.
Anger is an unresolved trauma screaming to be heard. This isn’t to resist anger or call it names. But, anger isn’t a natural energy channel as most humans think. Many people haven’t deeply understood the process of emotions, because most of us run from feeling them. So, anger is the perfect justification piece to maintain the cemented ego cycling.
To truly heal is to not resist the anger, but to observe it with a deep level of presence and we recommend a guide to support as well. Merely as an extra layer to keep us remembering who we really are. Eventually, anger will subside and you won’t have the desire to lash out or be angry at the system that programmed you, because you will have a deeper understanding of how this whole thing started at the root level.
You will begin to feel compassion for those that are still operating from their old system of not feeling to heal. There will be no need to fault them or be angry with them anymore. We can now drop this anger identity because we now know that the deep feeling world protects us naturally.
