Stopping our inner war will result in stopping the outer wars. Ego identity is deeply integrated into our current system and it’s not there as our natural core. Ego is merely an idea, not an actual thing hooked into our human. I’ve spent the majority of my life studying ego. It wasn’t something I intentionally set out to do. But in my journey of self discovery, I happened to fall into its chaos and decided I wasn’t going to play that game.
In my experience with ego and watching it directly for over 20 years, has given me some deep insights into how exactly this illusion works. As soon as some abusive experience entered my life, either me or them doing the abuse, I noticed how the ego would spring up like the hairs of a dog when feeling defensive. Because I was so aware and so present with my ego in those moments, I was able to experiment with transmuting energy fields. And I noticed how they or I would calm down as soon as I humbled myself deeply into the moment.
This works the same on a collective level. You as an individual can send ripples that can deeply penetrate all outer events without even lifting a finger. It is a science in how our own field affects the macro. But without direct experience, one can’t access the reality that proves this magic.
