Reaction is The Code That Stalls the Healing Process

Reactionary code is an unconscious program that occurs when we respond to an experience from a place of suppressed & unprocessed pain. This typically looks like an explosion of emotion.

Let's begin with anger. Anger can become a very destructive force, within and without. If transmuted in the moment, it can shine a bright awareness on the chaotic program at play. Any other use of anger is a justification for ego to stay cemented in the victim code.

When we react, we are allowing the victim code and the untransformed anger to project onto others, sending out a ripple of more pain into the collective. Also, as we react we lose all momentum we had moving towards a healed, peaceful state. Because the explosive anger takes such a toll on the nervous system, it takes a while for the system to come back to neutral, making it harder to feel peaceful and connected to your core.

All is okay if and when this process happens. Anger is not the bad guy here. Merely, become aware of this process so that you have more opportunity to practice and integrate a true healing. When we are able to pause before the reaction launches, we can observe the false identity that wants to be heard.

This practice is so against our norm that it takes a tremendous amount of awareness, energy, commitment and courage. But, it is possible. We begin installing a new version of ourselves that responds with patience and confidence. A grounded effect begins to take hold. Your nervous system will remain balanced and clarity for every situation will wash over you, now sending out peaceful vibrations to yourself and the collective.

Are you feeling courageous enough to try this on your own? Or maybe you feel like you want support? Either way, you will notice the benefits within, after each attempt. The Academy has been designed to help support this process, if needed.

All the Love,

GIT
