The teachings are merely distractions to point you back to here. It is designed to rattle your subconscious chatter into bringing it conscious where the real healing can commence. Ego suppression is what creates a subconscious hiding space. That is where the egos workshop is developing the controlling frequency to keep one inside the loop of not seeing the present moment.
All teachings, all words if delivered compassionately and with authenticity dissolve after spoken and left for the receiver to discern as a tool to free themselves from the ego's grab. But it will always be up to the individual to take the last step into the last nightmare of their own emotional journey to deeply understand how to unlock the ego and be free.
