The Paradox is Peace

Understanding peace requires consideration of multiple factors and the passage of psychological time. Achieving peace can be approached by embracing the concept that it is not an endpoint but rather a state of surrender. Although we don't truly arrive at peace, there is a sense of arrival within that surrendered state. This blog aims to explore this notion further.

To comprehend peace, it is essential to grasp the paradoxical nature of it. Once we deeply integrate the paradoxical experience, we can genuinely embrace peace. While achieving peace may seem daunting to the mind, which has been influenced by the pain body, it is actually a straightforward process. By directing our awareness towards the pain body, we can dismantle it. However, it requires substantial energy and patience.

Understanding the paradox is crucial in this endeavor. The paradox can be seen as a measurement of balance and serves as the best explanation for achieving it. We lean towards one side for a certain period until our awareness prompts us to shift positions. This practice creates an atmosphere of peace, allowing us to gain insight from both perspectives and attain a flowing clarity.

In this context, the paradox takes center stage as the foundation for peace.
