When contemplating the greatest addiction known to mankind, one might assume it to be sex, drugs, and rock 'n' roll. But what if I were to propose that the most profound addiction lies within the thoughts swirling in our minds? You might question, "But isn't that a part of who I am? What's wrong with that?"
In a galaxy born out of love energy, nothing is inherently wrong. However, just as an excess of water can drown us, an overflow of thoughts can have a similar effect. The accumulation of unprocessed thoughts creates a dam, obstructing the natural flow they were meant to have.
We often suppress certain moments within the timeline of our minds, locking them away in the depths of our subconscious, and divert our attention to seek fleeting moments of pleasure. Unfortunately, we forget to address these thoughts later, allowing them to pile up and grow louder in their demand to be acknowledged. Consequently, the chaos in our lives amplifies.
These thoughts are not malevolent; they are merely clamoring to be heard and released. Their accumulation and the ensuing chaos make it increasingly challenging to connect with our heart forms—our true essence. The heart form represents divinity and serves as our anchor, nurturer, and source of healing.
Ultimately, reconnecting with our heart form is synonymous with rediscovering our true selves. By engaging in intimate conversations with ourselves and allowing space for the exploration and resolution of thought forms, we strengthen our bond with our own being. Our physical bodies are mere vessels, conduits that enable us to navigate towards the realm where we genuinely reside—the feeling world.
