What exactly is “Truth”?
Truth could be your own experience.
Truth could be “scientific proof”.
But what if I told you, “Truth” is an illusion?
How can you claim something that is constantly evolving and shifting?
Doesn’t it seem odd to you that someone or some organization can claim something to be a certain “truth”?
Truth is merely fear in disguise.
The mind needs something to grab onto to feel safe and secure. It needs something that doesn’t change to have a comfortable place in the world to grow from.
The only truth you can rely on is being comfortable with the unknown.
Replace truth with - I don’t know… I am not sure… We shall see what rises here… Because you will never be able to capture truth and if you do capture it, let it go to avoid unnecessary suffering and pain.
