It can be hard to deal with, let alone transmute, the pain that someone has caused you.
This outer event is showing you there is anger within yourself.
Look at where you feel frustrated with how you are showing up in your life.
This one step would completely shift our lives into peace and ultimately, heal ourselves and the world.
But, this isn’t usually what happens. The mind is strong. Master Yoda teaches us that as we hold onto anger, it turns to hate. And hate leads to suffering.
It feels better in the moment to play victim. It’s what we are used to.
Maybe we don’t feel safe to really fall apart and trust that we are supported.
Maybe we don’t want to deal with how much pain is inside of us. Pain that is reaching for love, for our own comfort.
So, we shut down our hearts and dig deeper and deeper into the darkness.
A darkness that can last for days, months, even years. We may even go on to cement this identity with a diagnosis or illness, so that how we feel is justified. See, I have “xyz”, so it’s not my fault.
But, we’re just so far down the rabbit hole by this point that it feels impossible to get out.
We feel like giving up and what’s the point of all this.
Our energy is drained everyday by re-playing the stories of how we feel hurt.
We feel like justice and blaming the other person will take away all of this pain.
Not realizing that justice may make the story stop playing in our head, but all of that pain will still be there.
Meanwhile, staying in this story, this vibration, will attract more of the same experiences into our field, to further support the idea that it’s not our fault; all of these horrible things just keep happening to me.
All of this is the code of EGO.
This identity centered around pain.
We created this identity from lack of awareness.
With the awareness of reading these words, right now, you can shift your entire life, if you are ready and allow it into your being.
With this awareness, we can also create the peace we desire.
There is peace and joy on the other side of this pain.
And we don’t need money, we don’t need a healing retreat, we don’t need a sabbatical to reach the stillness within us again.
But, it does require commitment, acceptance and trust.
Commitment to keep moving, to keep processing.
Acceptance of where you are and how you got here.
Trusting so deeply that your life can be beautiful again. You will feel better again.
Now, as you move through your days with this new awareness - you’ll feel the part of you that wants to continue in the pain. Know that this is not truly you. This is the ego program that has been running in the background for a long time and may have a lot of momentum behind it.
In these really tough moments, find the courage to not dig in, but to nurture, love and reassure yourself.
Keep doing this over and over again and you will shift your life, your environment. The people that were “attacking” you, will start to shift too. The outer circumstances will shift when you start loving yourself deeply.
This is how we heal our hearts and bring peace to the world.
I really enjoy this wisdom, Thanks brother. (Jason)
